Shortbread Cookies


Short Bread Cookies:
-1 c. butter, room temp.
-3/4 c. powdered sugar
-2 tsp. vanilla extract
-2 c. flour
-1/4 tsp. baking powder
-1/2 tsp. salt
-red and green sprinkles
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
Add flour, powder and salt.
Mix and roll into log.  Wrap and refrigerate about 1 hour.
Take out and slice.
Press one side of each cookie into a bowl of sprinkles.
Bake @ 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.  (mine took a good bit longer)
